At May's Alternative Attire, all products are custom printed on demand just for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at mayspetite@gmail.com with:
•Your order number
•A description of the issue
•A clear photo of the item
We will review your claim and arrange a free reprint or refund where applicable.
European Union customers have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving their order under EU cooling off period laws.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
